Meet Josh Cavalier
You Probably Know This Guy.
If you’ve been in L&D for more than five minutes, Josh Cavalier probably doesn’t need much of an introduction.
He’s been in the field for more than 30 years and these days spends a lot of his time helping L&D folks figure out what the heck to actually do with generative AI.
He’s the host of the weekly live show Brainpower, a familiar face at conferences like DevLearn and ATD ICE, and the author of Applying AI in Learning & Development: From Platforms to Performance.
Most importantly for our convo, Josh has been thinking deeply about how AI changes the work we do without declaring that instructional designers are either doomed or about to enter a magical robot-powered utopia.
