Steve never had a job in Learning and Development. He almost did — nearly 20 years ago, he ran a few soft-skills sessions for a small Aussie college. But when he saw Moodle pop up, he knew the future was digital. So, he taught himself how to build an LMS, started playing in the wild Flash-fuelled world of Storyline, and never looked back.

Five years of freelancing later, he realised the “team of one” thing was getting in the way of impact (and sleep), so he started bringing others along for the ride.

Fast-forward to today, and Learn Awesome has created thousands of learning experiences for clients big and small — winning awards, turning heads, and proving that a tiny Australian learning agency can punch way above its weight.
