We’ll get your refund sorted! Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear on your bank statement. If you have any concerns, shoot us an email at headhonchos@idlance.com
Andrea, Parker, or Meg will email you the meeting link directly after your payment is received.
Technically, no. You can just show up, and we’ll dive right in.
But the more info we have upfront, the more we can accomplish in your 45 minutes. We recommend filling out the short form below before your session so we can make the most of your time.

Welcome aboard!
Before you book, here’s what you’re agreeing to:
1. What Boosters Are (and Aren’t)
These sessions are meant to offer guidance, ideas, and support based on experience—we’re here to help, not to hand you a magic solution or make guarantees. Boosters are not legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. (We’re good, but we’re not licensed-that-way good.)
2. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and ask the same in return. Anything you share in your session stays between us (unless you give us permission to share feedback or stories anonymously). Likewise, please don’t record or share your session without written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
You’re welcome to use the ideas and strategies we discuss to grow your business. We just ask that you don’t copy, sell, or present IDLance’s original materials, frameworks, or session content as your own.
4. Cancellation Policy
Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. No-shows can’t be refunded or rescheduled, unfortunately.
5. Refunds
Since these are live sessions, all sales are final once the session happens. If you had technical difficulties or something didn’t go as planned, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.
6. Limit of LiabilityWe’ll always do our best to offer helpful, experience-based guidance, but what you do with that advice is up to you! IDLance and your coach aren’t responsible for any business, financial, or other outcomes that result from the session.
