We typically work in one of two ways:

  • You bring us a scoped project (or we help you scope it), and we give you a flat rate.

  • Best for one-off needs like a course, toolkit, or video series

  • Clear timeline, deliverables, and pricing up front

  • Scales well for small or large builds, depending on your timeline and budget

  • We manage the creative team and keep things moving smoothly

Retainer-Based Pricing

  • Our IDLance+ Retainer services are crafted for clients who want flexible, ongoing support without re-scoping every time.

  • Choose from 240 or 520 hours over 13 weeks

  • Ideal for evolving needs or multiple projects

  • Hours can be used across our full range of services—strategy, design, dev, PM, and more

  • Includes a dedicated team and project lead to keep everything aligned and on track
