How We Might Work Together
We know it’s not always easy to picture how a partnership like this works day-to-day, so we threw together a 20-week roadmap to make it feel more real. Like the serving size on a box of Cheez-Its, this is only a suggestion. The possibilities of our collaboration are kinda endless!

Phase 1: Getting Grounded (Weeks 1–4)
Goal: Hit the ground running with tools and training that help people succeed on Day 1.
Align on immediate training and enablement priorities for AI facility staff
Identify audiences: engineers, support teams, field ops, leadership, etc.
Assemble a tailored ID team from our network with AI, technical, or infrastructure expertise
Start building onboarding and systems training assets for early hires
Jump in on quick wins like SOP refreshes or microlearning modules for in-flight teams
Phase 2: Building the Backbone (Weeks 5–10)
Goal: Reduce friction, build clarity, and support the humans behind the hardware.
Expand onboarding and role-specific training for waves of new hires
Create toolkits or playbooks for managers overseeing AI and data center teams
Help define team norms and communication workflows across functions
Launch foundational L&D systems or processes if needed (LMS support, feedback loops, etc.)
Start designing upskilling pathways for evolving roles (cloud, AI, ops, etc.)
Phase 3: Future-Proofing the Team (Weeks 11–16)
Goal: Keep the team aligned, motivated, and ready for what’s next, even if it’s moving fast.
Build learning journeys around key focus areas like AI literacy, security, or innovation culture
Support cross-functional alignment with shared language and expectations
Develop onboarding for vendor partners or contractors
Introduce storytelling or internal comms assets that support culture-building
Offer ongoing coaching or facilitator support as internal teams take the lead
Phase 4: Flex and Scale (Weeks 17–20)
Goal: Keep everything running smoothly, no matter how fast the pace or how many surprises pop up.
Flex up to meet deadlines, shifts, or unexpected staffing gaps
Rotate in new IDs for specialized builds or fresh creative perspectives
Transition work to internal teams, or stay on as a long-term partner
Continue to support with just-right staffing as hiring ramps up or slows down
