We know it’s not always easy to picture how a partnership like this works day-to-day, so we threw together a 20-week roadmap to make it feel more real. Like the serving size on a box of Cheez-Its, this is only a suggestion. The possibilities of our collaboration are kinda endless!

Phase 1: Getting Grounded (Weeks 1–4)

Goal: Hit the ground running with tools and training that help people succeed on Day 1.

  • Align on immediate training and enablement priorities for AI facility staff

  • Identify audiences: engineers, support teams, field ops, leadership, etc.

  • Assemble a tailored ID team from our network with AI, technical, or infrastructure expertise

  • Start building onboarding and systems training assets for early hires

Goal: Keep everything running smoothly, no matter how fast the pace or how many surprises pop up.

  • Flex up to meet deadlines, shifts, or unexpected staffing gaps

  • Rotate in new IDs for specialized builds or fresh creative perspectives

  • Transition work to internal teams, or stay on as a long-term partner

  • Continue to support with just-right staffing as hiring ramps up or slows down
