We know it’s not always easy to picture how a partnership like this works day-to-day, especially after a few years of rebuilding and recalibrating. So, we put together a draft of a 13-week Fast Start Roadmap to help make it feel more tangible. Of course, this is all flexible!

This outline reflects a 20-hour-per-week retainer, designed to balance consistent progress with flexibility for your internal team. If you need to ramp up to 40 hours to move faster or support multiple workstreams, we’re ready! Our model is built to flex.

When a new course kicks off, we use a rapid response process to match the right IDs to the work, including folks who bring topic-specific experience from prior careers. We handle the vetting, so your team doesn’t have to. And if life throws a curveball (like a family emergency), we’re equipped to backfill and keep momentum going without sacrificing quality.
