It covers the totally real top four safety hazards at a dairy plant, including “blueberrification” and “curd containment failure.”

We spent five years researching this, lived on a dairy farm, shadowed a curd wrangler named Egbert, got certified in pasteurization safety and hazard theory, and lost three perfectly good pairs of boots to yogurt spills.
