The IDLancer Certification Program is intended to provide participants with knowledge and skills related to client relationships, basic fundamentals of instructional design, and freelance business acumen.

This certification program does not guarantee or imply employment, job placement, or any particular level of success or income.

IDLance does not assume any liability for the use of the information provided in the certification program, or for any errors or omissions in the content of the program. The certification program is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Participants in the certification program are responsible for their own actions and decisions. IDLance shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the information provided in the certification program, or any errors or omissions in the content of the program.

By enrolling in the certification program, participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless IDLance, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any and all damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to their participation in the certification program.

IDLance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the certification program at any time, without notice or liability. The certification program may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided to participants upon enrollment.

This legal disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut and any disputes arising out of or related to this disclaimer shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the state of Connecticut.
