FAQs
After booking, you'll get a confirmation email from Calendly. To reschedule or cancel, click “View Calendly Event” in that email, then select the event on the page that opens. You’ll see options to reschedule or cancel from there.
Bummer! After canceling your booking, fill out the form below with your full name, the email address you used to book, and the type and time of the Booster you canceled. We’ll get your refund squared away!
That's up to you! Boosters were designed to be bespoke, customized, and all about you. Bring your questions, challenges, or drafts, and we’ll dig in where you need help most. There is no question too small!

Welcome aboard! IDLaunch Boosters are 30-minute virtual sessions designed to help freelance instructional designers get unstuck, gain clarity, or just talk things out with someone who gets it.
Before you book, here’s what you’re agreeing to:
1. What Boosters Are (and Aren’t)
These sessions are meant to offer guidance, ideas, and support based on experience—we’re here to help, not to hand you a magic solution or make guarantees. Boosters are not legal, medical, financial, or mental health advice. (We’re good, but we’re not licensed-that-way good.)
2. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and ask the same in return. Anything you share in your session stays between us (unless you give us permission to share feedback or stories anonymously). Likewise, please don’t record or share your session without written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
If ideas, suggestions, or frameworks come up during the session, you’re free to use them in your work. Just know the concepts shared are part of IDLance’s creative brain and can’t be repackaged, sold, or presented as your own.
4. Cancellation Policy
Plans change—we get it. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. No-shows can’t be refunded or rescheduled, unfortunately.
5. Refunds
Since these are live sessions, all sales are final once the session happens. If you had technical difficulties or something just wasn’t right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Zoom Sessions
Sessions take place over Zoom. We won’t record them unless you’ve requested it and both parties consent.
