What you need, when you need it—and none of what you don’t.

Every client is different, so we build pricing that fits the actual work. We price fairly for the quality, experience, and speed we bring to the table. We typically work in one of two ways:

Project-Based Pricing

  • You bring us a scoped project (or we help you scope it), and we give you a flat rate.

  • Best for one-off needs like a course, toolkit, or video series

  • Clear timeline, deliverables, and pricing up front

  • Scales well for small or large builds, depending on your timeline and budget

  • We manage the creative team and keep things moving smoothly

  • Our IDLance+ Retainer services are crafted for clients who want flexible, ongoing support without re-scoping every time.

  • Choose from 240 or 520 hours over 13 weeks

  • Ideal for evolving needs or multiple projects

  • Hours can be used across our full range of services—strategy, design, dev, PM, and more

  • Includes a dedicated team and project lead to keep everything aligned and on track
