Seriously, guys, while we appreciate all the inquiries, this is absolutely not a secret society. This is a referral program for members of the IDLance Community. It's a chance to spread around gigs, dough, and connections.

We repeat, we are NOT interested in world domination or performing elaborate alchemical rituals to open portals to other planes of existence. Please stop asking.

For every successful referral of a Learning & Development project that yields a signed Statement of Work, you'll be rewarded a bounty up to $5,000.

How It Works:

Know someone who needs our services? We're looking for new projects in need of IDLance's know-how and services. Click here to learn more!
Refer a qualified lead: When you connect us with a potential client who has a specific project or staffing need, make sure to provide as much detail as possible in the form below. The clearer the details, the better we can assess if it's a good fit for us.
Get paid! If we sign a final Statement of Work with the client you referred, you'll receive a referral bounty of up to $5,000.

The Terms:

Your referral bounty is based on contract size: The referral bounty is calculated as 5% of the value of any new contract resulting from your referral, up to a maximum of $5,000.
One referral bounty per contact: You can only earn a referral bounty for a new client (someone we haven't worked with in the past year). AKA, no double-dipping with the same client!
IDLance has the final say: We reserve the right to decline any lead for any reason, and we may not pursue them immediately.
We can change the program: We have the flexibility to adjust or even end the referral program at any time. But don't worry, we're not gonna leave anyone high and dry.
This isn't a guaranteed job: Participating in the program doesn't necessarily mean you'll be working on the referred project. We hope that will happen, but it may not. Heck, you may not even want to!
