What The Heck is This?

The Village Directory is our internal go-to for getting to know the incredible freelancers in our community! We want to know what you’re great at, what you like to work on, and how to find you when opportunities come up.

It helps us build better teams faster and avoids us popping into Slack like “hey…what do you do again, bud??”

Do I Gotta?

Nope! You don’t have to be in the directory to be considered for gigs. IDLance is not a cult. We stand by that.

That said, this is often the first place we look when we’re staffing projects, so filling it out makes it a whole lot easier for us to find you and match you with the right opportunities.
