Before the Contract
Making initial contact with a new client can be intimidating! Anxiety toots and sweaty palms are inevitable. Learn how to make a connection, be yourself, be excited but NOT be a hero.
During the Contract
You got the contract-- yahoo! Now it's time to make all the right moves to build trust and a relationship. We're talkin' about making callbacks, checking in regularly, and stepping up your text game!
After the Contract
Just because the gig is done doesn't mean all the magic between you and your client has to disappear! Unless you want it to. But, if you DON'T want it to, Andrea's going to give ya some pointers on staying on your client's mind in a non-creepy way.
